Born and raised in Pittsburgh’s Little Italy of Bloomfield, Amy knows the Burgh. This mama bird brings her strong sense of style and keen eye for detail to each and every TLB project.

Bill Marcotte

His first job was as a bricklayer’s assistant at age 12 – where he coincidentally also learned to drive heavy machinery. Not only is Bill handy, he also has an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Do you have any houses available right now?

We’re always buying and renovating – so chances are we have something in the works. Best thing to do is check below on the Find Your Home section or give us a call. We’d love to help you out.
What are your lease terms?

We put a ton of love and care into our properties. We think about the long term and never take the easy way out. Thus – we expect that our tenants will treat our homes with the same level of love and care.
In a nutshell:
Applicant must prove sufficient income to cover the rent
Applicant must receive positive references from all landlords from the previous five years
Applicant must be clean, responsible and pay their rent on time
Applicant must be a non-smoker
No evictions and a clear background check
My house needs a little help. Would you still consider buying it?

Absolutely – we are not afraid to put in a little extra work to make houses shine again. In fact, we consider it our specialty! If you are looking to get rid of a property that needs a little TLC, just give us a call. We’ll give you our honest opinion and see if we can’t come to an agreement.
Do I need a real estate agent?

No. You don’t NEED one… But it’s certainly not a problem if you do. Just let us know who and we can figure out the where and when. You’ll find that we are pretty easy to work with.
Update: Amy is currently in the process of getting her Real Estate License – Wahoo! She’s awesome! But then again, we’re biased…
